All payment methods used for deposits must be registered under the member's name. ufc 333 does not accept deposits from accounts or e-wallets that do not belong to the member. Third-party deposits will be returned and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal of winnings at ufc 333 is subject to the following conditions, all of which must be fully met before a withdrawal request is processed:
Ufc 333 processes withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes in most cases. However, in certain situations — such as when additional verification is required or for larger withdrawal amounts — processing may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require manual processing and can take up to 48 business hours.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to another method that has been verified under the same member's name. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering. The maximum daily withdrawal amount is RM 50,000 unless otherwise agreed under a special arrangement for VIP members.

All Sports Betting wagers at ufc 333 are considered valid and binding once confirmed by the system and a confirmation notification has been received by the member. Unconfirmed bets are not considered valid. ufc 333 is not liable for technical failures that prevent bet confirmation.
If a match is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded to the member's account. If a match has started but is not completed, sport-specific and market-specific rules will apply.
Maximum stakes for Sports Betting vary depending on the sport, match and market type. ufc 333 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without providing a reason, particularly for accounts displaying unusual betting patterns or activity that may destabilise market odds.
Where odds are published incorrectly due to a technical error or data fault, ufc 333 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes to members. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds (obvious error) will not be honoured, even if confirmed by the system.
All slot and casino games available on ufc 333 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified by independent third-party auditing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by ufc 333 or any member.
In the event of a technical failure, internet disruption, or server outage during a game session, ufc 333 will rely on system records to determine the outcome of the last spin or round. Winnings recorded by the ufc 333 server are considered valid and final. If the records cannot be verified, the wager will be returned to the member.
Maximum winnings per game may be subject to limits set by the game provider. However, ufc 333 does not impose an overall daily win cap on standard slots. For progressive jackpot games, jackpot payouts are governed by the specific terms of the respective provider.
